What we offer
Small group personal training with a maximum of 6 women. This small group amount ensure we can provide a high level of coaching for everyone.
Programmed session with a focus on progression – we create training that ensures stability for the body and variety for the mind, incorporating a mix of resistance training and conditioning.
All our sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced gym-goers. We cater for all abilities.
Modifications are made at an individual level depending on strength and ability. Everyone can enjoy the same session we just tweak the exercises to coach the person in front of us.
Regular check-ins with one of our coaches so we can track progress in and out of the gym
Diet/nutrition coaching to support body composition goals if required.
An amazing community of women who support each other, train together, laugh together, and occasionally have a few shots together on our social nights out.
For the same price of a single one-to-one personal training session - you can attend 3 small group personal training sessions.
